Mad with Help

There is a classmate in Micah’s and Wesley’s grade named Zach who has an intellectual disability. As a result of this impairment, Zach has difficulty controlling his anger and is very competitive whenever there’s a game or race going on. It is his objective to win, and will get angry when it does not happen. Micah, Wesley, and the rest of their classmates and teachers tolerate Zach’s tantrums on a regular basis, which usually end up with Zach getting in trouble. Some of Micah’s and Wesley’s classmates find it amusing whenever Zach gets angry, and will usually pick on him to see more outbursts. Zach, unfortunately, is the one who takes the fall while the bullies get away with it. One day in gym class, Micah, Wesley, and their class play volleyball with Zach (who is on Micah’s and Wesley’s team) missing his shot and throwing a tantrum afterwards. While watching Zach’s tantrum, Micah holds his mouth and goes to a corner, facing away from Zach and chuckling quietly to himself with Wesley approaching him.

“What’s so funny, Micah?” asked Wesley.

“Zach, I’m afraid. I know it’s not funny, but I can’t help myself.” answered Micah.

“Well, don’t let him catch you before…” responds Wesley while Zach approaches Micah.

“Too late.” says Wesley while returning to his team. Zach turns Micah around and picks him up by the shirt while angrily asking, “You think it’s funny when I get mad?!”

“I’m sorry. I couldn’t control myself.” responded Micah.

“Control this, you jerk!” replies Zach angrily while curling his hand up into a fist and pulling it back.

“Zach!” hollered Mr. Schondelmyer angrily. Micah and Zach draw their attention to Mr. Schondelmyer, who gives them a stern look and sends them to Principal Graves’ office.

“So, what seems to be the trouble here?” asked Mr. Graves annoyingly.

“He laughed at me! All because I missed the volleyball and got mad!” answers Zach angrily while pointing at Micah.

“It was an accident. I tried to fight it, but it was too strong.” said Micah.

“I’m sorry boys, but there’s absolutely no excuse for what you did. I’m afraid I’m going to have to give you both detention.” said Principal Graves. Micah and Zach exit Principal Graves’ office and go back to their gym class, finishing out the day and reporting to detention as soon as arriving back at the elementary/high school building. Micah and Zach serve their time in detention with Micah working on his assignments while remorsefully glancing over at Zach. After being released from detention, Micah and Zach head home and conclude their day. The next day, Micah meets up with Wesley, Sarah, and Jessica in the elementary/high school building’s gym with Wesley asking, “So, did you get in trouble yesterday after your encounter with Zach?”

“I’m afraid I did. I even got a detention.” answered Micah.

“Micah, you know better than that.” said Wesley.

“I know. There just has to be a way I can control myself.” responded Micah.

“Well, the only thing I would advise is, try to work on that.” replied Wesley. Micah and his friends find their seat in the bleachers and get dismissed to their buses a little while later, going on about their day until the last period with Micah and his friends entering gym class. Micah and his friends play volleyball with their class again with Zach being on Micah’s and Wesley’s team again and Sarah and Jessica on the other team. At one point, Jessica spikes the ball over the net with Micah running towards it, only to accidentally hit it to Zach, who misses and gets angry with Wesley close by.

“Look what you did, moron!” said Zach angrily.

“Zach, we want to win as much as you do. But getting angry isn’t going to help.” responded Micah.

“Just do your best and have fun with it.” said Wesley.

“Shut up, you morons! Just play and win!” responded Zach angrily.

“Like it or not Zach, we’re in this together as a team. It’s not always about you.” replied Micah.

“Teamwork makes the dream work.” said Wesley. Micah and Wesley continue playing volleyball with their class with Wesley missing a shot a short time later to Zach’s anger.

“Hit the ball, idiot!” said Zach angrily.

“Zach, it’s just a game. Losing is not going to make the world end.” responded Wesley.

“It’s not about winning or losing. It’s about how you play.” said Micah. Zach angrily ignores Micah and Wesley and continues playing volleyball with the rest of his teammates until the end of the class period. Micah and his friends and classmates all return home and finish out their day until sundown. The next day, Micah and his friends go on about their day at school and tolerate Zach’s tantrums, giving him advice to no avail. A number of days later, Micah and his friends start playing badminton in gym class with Zach continuing his tantrums whenever he misses his shots or loses.

“Hang in there, Zach. Just keep trying.” said Micah.

“Remember what we’ve talked about.” said Wesley.

“Leave me alone! I have one goal in life, and that is to win!” responded Zach angrily.

“Patience.” replied Micah. Micah and Wesley return to their rounds of badminton and wait on the bleachers afterwards for open matches, watching Zach and the rest of the class play their matches. At one point, Zach’s opponent hits a drop shot that barely makes it over the net with Zach jumping towards it and missing. Angered once again, Zach stomps on the birdie with Mr. Schondelmyer angrily saying, “Zach bring your racquet here.” Zach gives Mr. Schondelmyer his racquet with Mr. Schondelmyer angrily saying, “You are done.” Zach angrily makes his way to the bleachers and sits down, reading a book for the rest of the class period. A number of days later, Micah and his friends play basketball in gym class with Zach violating one of the rules of the sport.

“Foul on Zach. Go sit down. You get a zero for the day.” said Mr. Schondelmyer. Zach sits on the bleachers and begins reading his book until the end of the class period. On another day in gym class, Mr. Schondelmyer is absent with a substitute teacher in his place, having Micah, his friends, and the rest of his class play kickball. Micah, his friends, and the rest of the class listen in on the rules and guidelines of the sport with one of them being counted out if the shot hits the ceiling. Micah, his friends, and the rest of the class begin playing with Zach being on the same team as Micah and his friends, as well as being the first to kick. Zach kicks the ball and begins running to first base without noticing his shot hitting the ceiling.

“Zach, you’re out.” said a classmate on the pitching team. The classmate tells Zach two more times that he’s out with Zach subsequently responding angrily, “I am not out, you jerk!”

“Yes you are. Your shot hit the ceiling.” responded the classmate.

“I’m not out!” replied Zach angrily.

“Zach, the teacher just said we’re out if our shots hit the ceiling.” said Micah. Zach ignores Micah and quarrels with the pitching team for a short period of time until the substitute teacher tells him twice to sit down on the bleachers, in which Zach subsequently stomps angrily over to one of the bleachers and kicks its backrest, putting a big crack in it.

“Hey! Come sit here! You don’t kick chairs!” says the teacher angrily while pointing at the seat right next to him. Zach angrily makes his way over to the chair while the pitching team makes their way over to the chair that Zach kicked. One classmate gasps and says, “He put a big crack in it!” Micah makes his way over to the chair with the teacher pointing at him and saying, “You, go get the principal.” Micah makes his way over to the principal’s office while the class resumes playing kickball. After Micah tells the secretary everything, he returns to the gym and checks out the chair Zach kicked, observing the damage and subsequently resuming his game of kickball while the guidance counselor arrives in the gym. The guidance counselor beckons Zach out of the gym and into the second-floor hallway, punishing him for his actions. After arriving home for the day, Micah goes into his laboratory and begins constructing a gadget to fix the damaged backrest. The next day, Micah goes into the gym after arriving at the facility and activates his gadget, successfully fixing the backrest to its former state. Micah then goes into the guidance counselor’s office and says, “Mr. Taylor, I fixed that crack on the backrest in the gym.”

“Really?” asked Mr. Taylor.

“Yes. I’d like to show you if you don’t mind.” answers Micah while beckoning Mr. Taylor to the scene. Mr. Taylor observes the repair and says, “Well, I’ll be. It would have cost a fortune to have that done.”

“I know, which is why I took the liberty of doing it myself.” responded Micah.

“Thanks for your help, Micah. This school can’t afford any more damages.” said Mr. Taylor.

“Anytime, Mr. Taylor.” responds Micah while making his way to his first-period class. In the last period of the day, Micah, his friends, and the rest of the class play dodgeball with Mr. Schondelmyer back. At one point, Micah picks up two balls and hands one over to Zach, who happily accepts it and throws it at his opponents while Wesley picks up two balls and hands one to Zach. Zach once again accepts the ball offered to him and throws it at one of his opponents, hitting them and dodging incoming shots. Zach eventually gets hit with the same thing happening to Micah and Wesley, who both sit next to Zach.

“Thanks for that extra ball, you guys.” said Zach.

“You’re welcome, Zach. Does this mean you’re not mad?” asked Micah.

“Yes. You were right all along. It’s just a game. I don’t care about winning or losing anymore. I only care about playing and having fun.” answered Zach.

“That’s the spirit, Zach! I’m glad to see you’re turning over a new leaf.” responded Wesley. The rest of the classmates on the same team as Micah, Wesley, and Zach get out, declaring the opponents winners. Another game of dodgeball commences with the team that Micah, Wesley, and Zach are on wins in the end. Zach gives Micah, Wesley, and the rest of his team high fives, having learned his lesson about not focusing so much on winning. From that moment on, Zach only had one objective on games and races: to do his best and have fun with it.

Sarah under the Weather

It is winter time in Arcanum, which means it’s cold and flu season for the residents. Some residents get sick and some do not. Most of the residents are fighters, so they’re able to pull through after some time. Some residents have had their annual (flu) vaccines while others rely on natural immunity to fight the common cold and flu. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. Micah lives out his life with his family and friends like he should, coping with the cold temperatures and the illnesses going around. He don’t let that stop him in any way, whether if it’s at school, home, or even in his laboratory. He still puts his life on the line to protect the world, help those in need with his high-tech inventions, and still finds the time to get his school work done. One day at school, Micah listens in on his teacher with his friends (Wesley and Sarah) as she gives the daily lessons. Micah and his friends later go to lunch and recess, finishing out the day and going home until the following day.

“Boy, I can’t wait for the winter dance this Saturday!” said Sarah.

“That makes two of us.” responded Micah.

“Make that three.” replied Wesley. Micah and his friends later get dismissed to lunch and sit down together in the cafeteria, talking about the upcoming dance. At recess, Sarah shows and teaches dances to Micah and Wesley, who try them out until they are ordered back to class. After getting dismissed for the day, Micah and Wesley head home and practice dancing after watching Sarah’s demonstration and doing research. The next day in school, Micah and Wesley show up with Sarah absent, going on about their day and repeating the cycle the following day, only for Sarah to be absent again. Micah and Wesley think nothing of it and go on about their day, returning to school the following day with Sarah absent once more.

“Sarah’s been gone for three days. I hope she’s all right.” said Wesley.

“I’ll give her a call once I get home.” responded Micah.

“Let me know how she’s doing.” replied Wesley. Micah and Wesley proceed with their day and head home later on while Sarah and her mother are at a doctor’s office with the doctor performing check-ups on Sarah, who doesn’t feel well at all.

“Sarah, I’m afraid you’ve got the flu. You must stay home for another four days. Take your medicine as prescribed, drink plenty of fluids, and get plenty of rest.” said the doctor.

“What?! But my school’s having a winter dance tomorrow! I don’t want to miss out on it!” responded Sarah worriedly with a hoarse voice.

“I’m sorry Sarah, but you’re going to have to. It’s not worth risking the well-being of others.” replied Sarah’s mother.

“Ok.” said Sarah reluctantly. Sarah and her mother pick up medicine and leave the doctor’s office, arriving home a little while later with Sarah’s mother saying, “All right, Sarah. Take your medicine and go straight to bed.”

“Yes, mom.” responded Sarah sadly. Sarah takes her medicine and lies straight down in her bed with her mother entering her room and placing a thermometer in her mouth and an ice pack on her forehead. Sarah’s mother sits by Sarah’s side for a while and leaves Sarah’s room while saying, “I got to go get dinner ready. Just stay here in your room, ok? I’ll bring you your food.”

“Ok, mom.” responded Sarah. After her mother leaves her room, Sarah picks up her phone and dials it with Micah hearing his Micah Phone ringing just as he was about to pick it up.

“Hello?” asked Micah.

“Hey, Micah? It’s Sarah.” responded Sarah.

“Hey! I was getting ready to call you!” replied Micah.

“I’ve got the flu.” said Sarah.

“Oh. That’s terrible!” responded Micah.

“The doctor says I have to stay home for the next four days, which means I won’t be able to go to the dance tomorrow.” replied Sarah.

“I understand.” said Micah.

“Do you think you could help me get better before the dance?” asked Sarah.

“I’m no doctor, but I’ll see what I can do.” answered Micah. Micah and Sarah disconnect their lines with Micah entering his laboratory and grabbing his bottle of Tiny Water and Giant Water, warping over to Sarah’s house dressed in a safety suit. Micah rings the doorbell with Sarah’s mother answering it and saying, “Hi, Micah! What can I do for you?”

“Hi, Lisa. I hear Sarah’s got the flu. May I see her?” asked Micah. Sarah’s mother observes Micah thoroughly in his safety suit and responds, “I’m glad you prepared. Go on in.” As Sarah lies in her bed, she suddenly hears a knock on her door with her mother asking, “Sarah?” Sarah’s mother subsequently peaks her head in Sarah’s room and says, “You got a visitor.” Micah enters Sarah’s room with Sarah saying, “Boy, am I glad to see you!” Micah shows Sarah his Tiny Water while saying, “I’m going to shrink myself down to microscopic size and enter your body to see what I can find.” Micah then shows Sarah his Giant Water and says, “And when I’m done, I’ll exit your body and restore myself to my normal size.”

“I’m ready.” responded Sarah. Micah takes one gulp of his Tiny Water and shrinks down to the size of an ant, entering Sarah’s body and exploring while asking to himself, “Now, where could the harmful bacteria be lurking?” A group of harmful germs peak out from behind a corner with evil grins on their faces and sneak up behind Micah while he continues to explore Sarah’s body. With the germs inches away from him, Micah finally senses presence and quickly turns around while the germs hide, subsequently shrugging his shoulders and continuing his exploration while the germs come out of hiding and sneak up behind Micah. Micah senses presence again and turns around with the germs quickly hiding again.

“I must be hearing things.” says Micah to himself while continuing his exploration. The germs once again sneak up behind Micah, who turns around and begins fighting them while Sarah’s mother brings dinner into Sarah’s room.

“Here’s some chicken noodle soup for you. It’ll help with the congestion.” says Sarah’s mother while handing Sarah a bowl. Sarah begins eating the soup while Micah continues fighting off the germs, hearing fluids flowing towards them.

“What’s that sound?” asked Micah to himself. Micah suddenly sees a flow of chicken noodle soup flowing right towards him and the germs, who retreat while Micah clings onto one of the muscles of Sarah’s stomach while the germs return and prepare to attack Micah. Micah releases his grip and lands into the pool of chicken noodle soup with the germs hot on his tail, grabbing a noodle and twirling it around while saying, “Oh no you don’t!” Micah dodges an incoming attack from a germ and uses the noodle to lasso it, pulling the germ towards him and boarding it while angrily saying, “Listen here, you rusty bolt! I’m in charge around here! You will do what I say, when I say! If you don’t, I will toss you straight into the immune system! Got it?!” The germ nervously nods frantically with Micah saying, “Ok then! Now, let’s get to work!” Micah rides the germ to a group of them and whistles loudly to them, getting their attention while taunting, “Come and get me, you rusty bolts!” The germs get angry and chase after Micah, who lures his germ away from them for some time. At one point, Micah orders his germ to perform a loop while the group of germs continue chasing him, ending up behind the group with his germ eating whatever group member that comes into its path. As Micah’s germ continues eating the group, Sarah gradually begins to feel better. Micah’s germ consumes the entire group of bad germs some time later with Sarah feeling all better while the germ heads for Sarah’s immune system.

“Wait! Where are you going?” asked Micah. The germ gestures over to Sarah’s immune system with Micah saying, “You don’t have to go there. What’s important is, my friend is all better.” Micah holds out his hand to the germ, who shakes its head and sacrifices itself in Sarah’s immune system, disappearing in an instant and breaking Micah’s heart. After some time alone mourning the loss of the germ, Micah exits Sarah’s body and takes one gulp of his Giant Water, restoring himself to his normal size while still in tears.

“Micah! It’s a miracle! I’m cured! I don’t know how you did it, but you got me all better! Thank you!” says Sarah excitedly while hugging Micah. Micah removes his safety suit and responds, “Glad you’re all better, Sarah.” Micah wipes away his tears and sniffs in mourn with Sarah asking, “What’s wrong, Micah? Did you get the flu?”

“No. I…lost a friend while fighting off the bacteria harming your body.” answered Micah.

“Awww. I’m sorry. Who was it?” asked Sarah.

“It was a germ that I tamed while I was inside your body. It helped me fight off all the bad germs invading your body, and then it sacrificed itself into your immune system.” responded Micah.

“A germ, you say?” asked Sarah.

“I know it’s crazy, but I didn’t think I would grow so attached to it. I wouldn’t blame you if you and the others were to make fun of me right now.” responded Micah.

“Now why would I do that? I’m not one to judge. Plus, you’re my friend. Crazy as your story sounds, I believe every word of it.” replied Sarah. Sarah’s mother enters Sarah’s room while asking, “How are you feeling, Sarah?”

“I’m all better, mom! Thanks to Micah!” responds Sarah while looking at Micah.

“Hey, Micah! Why the long face?” asked Sarah’s mother.

“He got attached to a germ that helped him out and sacrificed itself into my immune system in the end.” said Sarah.

“I’m sorry to hear that, Micah.” said Sarah’s mother.

“Thanks.” responded Micah.

“Stay strong, all right? Time heals all wounds.” said Sarah’s mother. Micah nods and leaves Sarah’s house, warping himself back home while Sarah’s mother calls the doctor and arranges for him to stop by the house the following day. The next day, the doctor enters Sarah’s house and performs check-ups on Sarah while subsequently saying, “The flu’s gone, Sarah. It’s not everyday someone gets over it this quickly.”

“Does this mean I’m free to be around other people again?” asked Sarah.

“Free as a bird.” answered the doctor. Sarah looks at her mother, who smiles at her with Sarah saying, “Winter dance, here I come!” That night, Micah, Wesley, and Sarah all hang out with each other at the dance with Sarah talking to Wesley about her experience with the flu.

“So Micah shrunk himself down into microscopic size, entered your body, and combated the harmful bacteria?” asked Wesley.

“Why don’t you ask him yourself?” asks Sarah while gesturing her hand over to Micah. Wesley looks at Micah, who nods with Wesley saying, “Micah, I am so lucky to have you as my best friend.”

“And I’m lucky to have you as my best friend too, Wesley.” responded Micah.

“Oh! One more thing. He tamed one of the germs invading my body, and it helped him fight off the bacteria.” said Sarah.

“It takes germs to get rid of germs. Good thinking, Micah!” said Wesley.

“Micah, however, ended up growing attached to the thing and it sacrificed itself into my immune system, which Micah had a hard time coping with.” said Sarah.

“It sacrificed itself for the good of mankind, Micah. Just remember, great sacrifice leads to great reward.” says Wesley while placing his hand on Micah’s shoulder. Micah and his friends enter the dance floor and start dancing to the music playing, having the time of their lives.

Princess Sarah

In a kingdom far from Arcanum, there lives a very kind royal family consisting of a king, queen, prince, and princess who look very identical to Sarah and her brother and parents. With the princess heir to the throne, the king spends most of his time showing and teaching her how to run the kingdom.

“One day, my child, our people will look to you.” said the king.

“But father, there’s so much to know. How would I be able to do such work?” asked the princess.

“That is why I’m teaching you these lessons right now. So you’ll be ready when the time comes. We’ve seen enough for the day. Run along now and get some rest. We’ve got a big day tomorrow.” answered the king. The princess and the king enter their rooms and go straight to sleep in their beds while a silhouette sneaks into their castle. As the king and queen sleep, they are suddenly awakened by the prince and princess screaming.

“Our son and daughter! It sounds like they’re in trouble!” exclaimed the queen.

“Stay here, love. I will go check on them.” responds the king while getting out of bed. The king enters the princess’ room and looks for the missing princess to no avail while subsequently entering the prince’s room.

“This is no time for fun and games, children. It is very late.” says the king while searching in the prince’s room. The king suddenly hears the door to the prince’s room creak open, followed by a menacing laugh with the king turning around and angrily asking, “Who are you? What business do you have here?” The queen waits in bed and suddenly hears the king angrily shout, “Unhand me at once, you vile creature!” The queen gets out of bed and enters the princess’ room, searching for the king to no avail while subsequently entering the prince’s room.

“Love, where are you?” asks the queen while searching in the prince’s room. Guards on duty at the front gate of the castle suddenly hear the queen screaming and rush to the scene, finding the royal family nowhere in sight. They search the whole castle with no luck finding the royal family, subsequently approaching the captain of the guards with one guard saying, “Captain! The royal family is missing! We’ve searched the whole premises!”

“Blimey! This is an outrage! Keep looking, men! They could be anywhere!” responded the captain.

“Yes, captain!” replies the guard while continuing his search with his group. The captain whistles loudly with another group of guards approaching him.

“The royal family has gone missing! Find them at once!” said the captain.

“Yes, captain!” responds a guard while going out to search with his group.

“You there!” says the captain while turning his attention and pointing at another group of guards.

“Yes, captain?” responded a guard.

“Search off-land for the royal family as far as possible!” replied the captain.

“Yes, captain!” says the guard while leading his group off castle grounds.

“Oh, magnificent King Arsan, Queen Milcah, Prince Caspian, and Princess Adela. Where are you?” asked the captain to himself. The next day, Micah swings on a swing set with Wesley and Sarah at recess during school while talking to one another, going on about their day and getting dismissed later on. Some time later, Sarah and her brother and parents eat out together at a nearby restaurant in Greenville until they hear a voice saying, “Your Majesty!” Sarah and her brother and parents turn their attention to the voice and see guards standing before them.

“I’m sorry, fellas. You’ve got the wrong person.” said Sarah’s father.

“You must return to Arcadia at once. Your leadership is crucial.” said a guard.

“I don’t want to be rude, but we have no idea who you guys are or where you’re from. We’re trying to spend quality time together as a family, so if you guys don’t mind, we would like to be left alone, thank you very much.” responded Sarah’s mother.

“But Your Majesty. If the four of you don’t return to Arcadia this instant, we’re all doomed!” replied a guard.

“What are you guys talking about?” asked Sarah annoyingly. The guards grab Sarah and her brother and parents, escorting them out of the restaurant with one guard saying, “Make way for the royal family of Arcadia!” The guards forcefully take Sarah and her brother and parents to the kingdom of Arcadia with Sarah’s brother asking, “What is going on here?”

“I don’t know, Eric. But don’t worry. We’ll get to the bottom of this.” answered Sarah’s father. The guards escort Sarah and her brother and parents to the captain of the guards with one guard saying, “Sir! We found the royal family! I repeat! We have found the royal family!”

“Good work, men!” responded the captain.

“Would somebody please tell us what’s going on here?” asked Sarah’s mother annoyingly.

“We’re just doing our jobs, Your Majesty.” responded a guard.

“Hold on a second.” says the captain while pulling out a photo of the real royal family of Arcadia. The captain thoroughly observes the photo, followed by Sarah and her brother and parents while saying, “Yep! That’s them, all right! Job well done, men! Keep up the good work!”

“We’ll do our best, sir!” responds a guard while escorting Sarah and her brother and parents to the throne room. The guard hands Sarah and her brother and parents crowns and royal clothing with Sarah asking, “What do you want us to do with all this.”

“You must put all that on.” answered the guard.

“We’re not wearing any of this! We don’t anything about running a kingdom!” responded Eric annoyingly.

“I’m sorry, Prince Caspian. You, Adela, Milcah, and Arsan are required to wear those at all times. It’s a symbol of your leadership. I am forbidden to leave the throne room until you are all dressed in your proper attire.” replied the guard.

“Come on, guys. Let’s do what he says, just to get him out of our hair.” says Sarah’s father while leading them behind curtains. Sarah and her brother and parents dress in the royal clothing and crowns while subsequently presenting themselves to the guard with Sarah’s father annoyingly asking, “Are you happy now?”

“Quite satisfied, Your Majesty! Carry on!” answers the guard while exiting the throne room. After the guard walks out of the throne room, Sarah’s father observes his surroundings and finds a windows while subsequently saying, “Now’s our chance, everyone! Quick, to the window!” Sarah and her brother and parents run to the window and attempt to exit the castle out of it until a voice shouts, “Your Majesty!” Sarah and her brother and parents draw their attention to the voice, seeing a guard standing before them with Sarah’s father annoyingly asking, “What?”

“There are intruders invading the castle! What should we do?” asked the guard.

“I don’t know! Go fight them off, or something!” answered Sarah’s father annoyingly.

“Great idea, sir!” responds the guard while saluting. The guard exits the throne room while Sarah and her brother and parents attempt to exit through the window again, hearing another voice shout, “Your Majesty!” Sarah and her brother and parents turn their attention to the voice and see a crowd of people standing before them with Sarah’s father annoyingly saying, “Oh, jeez!” The next day, Micah and Wesley go about their day at school during Sarah’s absence with Wesley asking, “I wonder why Sarah’s not here?”

“I’m sure she’s just a little under the weather. She’ll get over it.” responded Micah. Micah and Wesley return to school the following day with Sarah still not being present while Wesley asks, “Sarah’s still not here?”

“Perhaps she caught something that requires more than one day to pass.” responded Micah. Micah and Wesley go through the whole week at school without one day seeing Sarah with Wesley saying, “Sarah hasn’t been in school all week. I’m beginning to worry about her. You would think we’d know if anything were to happen to her.”

“Yeah, you’re right. Let’s go over to her house right now.” responds Micah while summoning his Warp Machine. Micah and Wesley warp to Sarah’s house and ring the doorbell with no response, subsequently knocking on the door with no response either. Wesley looks at Micah, who says, “Maybe she and her family stepped out for a moment. Why don’t we come back later?” Micah summons his Warp Machine and prepares to warp himself back home while Wesley observes his surroundings and notices a vehicle parked inside the garage of Sarah’s house.

“Look! One of their vehicles is still here!” says Wesley while pointing it out. Micah turns around and looks at the vehicle while responding, “Perhaps they’ve gotten another vehicle, or they walked to their destination.”

“No more, Micah. Something’s isn’t right here. I just know it.” responded Wesley. Wesley walks into Sarah’s house with Micah saying, “Wesley, don’t! You can’t just barge right into someone’s house unannounced! That’s trespassing!”

“I’ll take any chance that I’ve got. I need to know if my friend is all right.” responds Wesley while searching the house.

“Hello? Sarah? Are you in here? It’s us, Micah and Wesley. We’re sorry to intrude, but we just wanted to check on you and see if you’re all right.” says Micah while helping Wesley search the house. Micah and Wesley leave the house some time later without any luck finding Sarah or her family with Wesley saying, “I told you something isn’t right here. I’m going to my lab to see what’s going on.” Wesley summons his Warp Machine and warps to his laboratory with Micah following while Wesley approaches his computer.

“Computer, locate Sarah.” said Wesley.

“Locating Sarah…” responds Wesley’s computer while scanning the globe.

“Sarah located.” says Wesley’s computer while showing live surveillance of Sarah and her family struggling to run the kingdom of Arcadia.

“What in the laboratory is going on here?” asked Wesley.

“My sensors indicate that Sarah and her family have been mistaken for the rulers of this here kingdom called ‘Arcadia’.” responds Wesley’s computer while showing a photo of the real rulers of Arcadia.

“So let me get this straight. The people of this Arcadia kingdom think that Sarah and her family are their rulers?” asked Micah.

“Affirmative.” answered Wesley’s computer.

“Well, at least she’s not in danger. But still. Sarah? A princess? She’s not royalty at all.” said Wesley.

“I’m afraid Sarah and her family ARE in danger.” responds Wesley’s computer while showing live surveillance of the real rulers being held hostage by Trekker in a dungeon. Micah and Wesley watch as Trekker assembles an evil army and approaches the Arcadian Castle with Micah saying, “Oh! We’ve got to do something!”

“And I now just the thing.” responds Wesley while leading Micah to his Warp Machine. Micah and Wesley warp to Arcadia and appear outside the entry gate to the castle in the midst of chaos caused by Sarah and her family’s poor leadership, approaching the gate with two spears lowering and blocking their path.

“Halt! Who goes there?” asked a guard.

“I am Micah, and this here is my best friend, Wesley. We wish to see the princess.” answered Micah. The guards observe Micah and Wesley thoroughly with one guard responding, “I’ve never seen you two before in my life. Access denied.”

“With all due respect sir, we come in peace. There’s been a mistake. Your so-called ‘rulers’ are not who you think they are. The real rulers are being held hostage at a dungeon somewhere around here. We’ve seen it ourselves.” replied Wesley.

“We never forget a face. You kids have no business being here. Leave this kingdom forthwith.” said a guard.

“We’re friends with the princess.” said Micah.

“That changes nothing! Now, leave!” responded a guard. Micah angrily grunts and rolls his eyes while walking away with Wesley following.

“Looks like we’re going to have to find the dungeon ourselves.” said Micah annoyingly. Micah and Wesley search the grounds for a while and find some of Trekker’s minions entering and exiting from a place underground.

“That must be the dungeon!” said Micah. Micah and Wesley head to the entrance and immediately hide after seeing some of Trekker’s minions exit, subsequently sneaking inside and hearing a voice say, “You there! Guard the prisoners! Do not let them out of your sight!” Micah and Wesley sneak over to the source and find Trekker giving orders to some of his minions in front of a prison cell.

“That must be where the royal family is.” whispered Micah.

“This is mutiny! Release us at once, vile fiend!” shouts the king angrily while approaching the prison bars.

“Yep. That’s them.” whispered Wesley.

“We need a plan to get them out of there.” whispered Micah.

“I’ll distract Trekker’s minions while you free the royal family.” responds Wesley while pulling out his Biking Power Wesley Gloves. Wesley turns himself into Biking Power Wesley and rides his dirtbike a short distance to the minions guarding the cell, revving up the engine with the minions turning their attention to Wesley, who blows a raspberry at them and rides off.

“Intruder!” says a minion while chasing after Wesley. Another minion joins the chase while unknowingly dropping the key to the prison cell with Micah picking it up and releasing the royal family from their cell.

“Thank you, young lad, for rescuing us. I must know your name.” said the king.

“No time for that. We need to get out of here first.” responds Micah while leading the royal family out of the dungeon. Wesley continues driving off with the minions on his tail, entering a hallway with a minion coming after him from both sides.

“There’s nowhere to run, kid! We’ve got you trapped!” said a minion menacingly. Wesley waits for the minions to inch closer to him and drives up the wall, onto the ceiling, and down the opposite wall in a loop, causing the minions to run into each other and collapse to the floor unconscious.

“You guys will never learn.” taunted Wesley. An army of minions suddenly approach Wesley with the leader of the group saying, “Don’t move!”

“Sorry, guys. I got places to be. Sayonara!” taunts Wesley while riding off.

“Hey! I said don’t move, punk!” says the group leader angrily while chasing after Wesley with the rest of the minions following. Micah exits the dungeon with the royal family, who observes the kingdom in the midst of chaos with the king exclaiming, “My word! What is happening here?!”

“I’m afraid there’s been a case of mistaken identity.” responded Micah.

“What do you mean?” asked the queen.

“Well you see, someone allegedly saw a friend of mine and her family, thinking they were you guys.” answered Micah.

“We have to get Arcadia back under control! We’ll take it from here.” responded the princess. Wesley exits the dungeon and approaches Micah while subsequently saying, “We need to move! Trekker’s minions are hot on our tail!”

“There they are!” said a distant voice. Micah, Wesley, and the royal family draw their attention to the source and find Trekker’s minions standing right outside the dungeon entrance, staring them down angrily with the prince saying, “Good call!” Micah and Wesley take off with the royal family following while the minions give chase, catching up with Micah saying, “You guys go on without me! I’ll hold them off!” Micah turns himself into Power Micah and fights off the minions, who retreat sometime later while a voice says, “Well, well! What do we have here?” Micah draws his attention to the source and finds Trekker standing before him with an evil grin on his face.

“Don’t play dumb with me, Trekker! I know what you’re up to!” said Micah angrily.

“Is that so?” asked Trekker menacingly. Minions approach Micah from behind Trekker, who shouts, “Attack!” Micah gets into a battle with Trekker and his army, fighting off the minions to the point of them retreating with Trekker angrily shouting, “Get back here and help me destroy this broken bolt, you cowards!”

“Give it up, Trekker! It’s just you and me…again!” said Micah.

“I’m going to tear you limb from limb for what you’ve done!” said Trekker angrily.

“Come and get me, you rusty bolt!” taunted Micah. Micah and Trekker begin fighting each other while Wesley makes it back to the castle safely with the royal family, who approach the entry gate with one guard exclaiming, “Your Majesty?!”

“But…which one is which?” asked the other guard.

“No time for questions. Let us in at once.” responded the king.

“Yes, Your Majesty.” replies a guard while opening the gate. The royal family make their way onto castle grounds with Wesley following, only to be stopped by the guards.

“Let him go. He’s with us.” said the queen. The guards allow Wesley to enter the castle grounds and makes his way into the throne room with the royal family.

“Wesley! You’re here!” says Sarah excitedly while running up to Wesley and embracing him. Wesley embraces Sarah back while responding, “I’m so glad you’re safe Sarah. These guys are the real rulers of this kingdom.”

“We can explain.” said Sarah’s father.

“No need. This young lad here told us everything. It is not your fault.” says the king while holding out his hand and subsequently gesturing over to Wesley. Guards suddenly enter the throne room with one of them saying, “Your Majesty, we…”

“Wait! There’s two of them?!” exclaimed another guard.

“Who’s the real one?” asked another guard.

“He is.” answers Sarah’s father while gesturing over to the king.

“He’s right, men. Time to put an end to all of this madness!” said the king. Micah suddenly bursts into the door, still as Power Micah, and drops off Trekker (who is tied up) in front of everyone.

“You!” said the king angrily.

“Oh! What a pleasant surprise, Your Majesty. What do you say we forget this ever happened and start over?” asked Trekker nervously.

“Guards!” said the king.

“Your Majesty?” asked a guard.

“Take him away!” responded the king. The guards drag Trekker away, who angrily shouts, “You haven’t seen the last of me! I’ll get you!!!!!”

“Excellent work, young man! We are truly in your debt!” said the queen.

“You too, lad!” says the king while looking at Wesley. Micah and Wesley revert themselves back to normal with Micah saying, “We don’t ask for anything in return, Your Majesties. We just wish to have our friend back.” Sarah and her family come out from behind curtains dressed back in their street clothes and approach Micah and Wesley.

“If you don’t mind us asking, we still haven’t gotten your names.” said the king. Micah, Wesley, Sarah, and her family all introduce and share about themselves to the royal family, who introduce and share about themselves in return.

“It was lovely meeting each and every one of you! Micah! Wesley! Thank you so much for stopping Trekker and saving our kingdom!” said the queen.

“No problem, Your Majesty. It’s what we do.” responded Micah.

“Do you guys need help cleaning up and restoring your kingdom.” asked Wesley.

“No. We have someone else in mind to do the job.” answers the king while smirking at the queen. The queen smirks back at king while Micah says, “In that case, I think we should be on our way.”

“Safe travels, everyone!” responds the king while waving at Micah, Wesley, Sarah, and her family. Micah, Wesley, Sarah, and her family wave back with the queen saying, “You guys are all welcome here anytime!”

“We’ll keep that in mind.” responds Micah while summoning his Warp Machine. Wesley, Sarah, and her family all warp home while Micah prepares to step in with the princess saying, “Micah, wait!” Micah stops and turns around to see the princess walking up and kissing him.

“You are the bravest boy I’ve ever met. I’m going to miss you.” said the princess.

“Thank you. I’m going to miss you too.” responds Micah while blushing. Micah returns home and carries on with his life while Wesley, Sarah, and her family do the same. The royal family order Trekker and his minions to fix everything they’ve destroyed, living happily ever after.
